Designfactory produces anti-slip sheets, which are mainly used in cooling chambers/rooms, hospitals, thresholds and in the lift industry. Due to their flat surfaces, the sheets produced by Designfactory have the large advantage of preventing damaging vibrations and noise-development during transport.
We cover all sheets with a laser compatible protective film, meaning that they can therefore be subsequently processed further.


a) Slip resistant blasted sheets:

b) Slip resistant ground sheets:    
  • Slip resistance level R13
  • Material No.  AISI 304, AISI 316L, AISI 316, 
    AISI 430, AISI 904L, AISI 316Ti, AISI 321
  • length: up to max. 6000 mm 
  • width: up to max. 2000 mm
  • sheet thickness: 1.0 – 25 mm

c) Blasted stud sheets with slip resistance:    
  • Slip resistance level R12
  • Material No.  AISI 304, AISI 316L, AISI 316, 
    AISI 430, AISI 904L, AISI 316Ti, AISI 321
  • length: up to max. 6000 mm 
  • width: up to max. 1500 mm
  • sheet thickness: 2.0 – 20 mm
