We can grind extremely fine, diagonal, criss-cross

Designfactory can produce a large number of various, high-quality grinding and/or brushing types, which can be adjusted to meet your individual requirements. We offer fine grinding in the roughness depth you desire. Also, we grind both criss-cross and diagonal. We can process the sheets on either one or both sides and cover them with a laser compatible protective film. The maximum weight of the component that can be processed is 4 tons.

• longitudinal grinding up to a max. 2000 x 8000 mm
• cross grinding up to a max. 3000 x 8000 mm
• Thickness: 0.5 - 50 mm

Granulations:

• ground grain 36 - 3000
• brushed fleece grain 100 - 500
  

 
Special grinding:    

• grinding of hot-rolled sheets up to 50 x 3000 x 8000 mm
• grinding of pattern-rolled and textured sheets
• grinding of T, U, and I angle and special sections
• grinding in your selected roughness depth (Ra, Rz)
