In addition to the mirror-polished sheets, Designfactory also processes a large number of varying tube forms in the finishes industry polished, super mirror polished (No. 8) and high-gloss/super mirror polished – YQ (yacht quality).
The emphasis in this case is on the word "polished", or in other words, the tubes are not just finely ground, but for the purpose of decoration, automatically finished to the super mirror polish.
For this purpose, Designfactory has one of the world’s most advanced, individually customised super mirror polishing plants for tubes measuring up to 6300 mm in length.
The "mirror polished" surface finish offers a mirror-like and high-gloss finish.
By using diverse carrier materials, polishes and various polishing pastes, we can create individual surfaces according to our customer's needs.
